Psaume 46:2-4

2Dieu est pour nous un abri et un appui, 

un secours bien présent dans la détresse.

3C'est pourquoi nous n'avons pas peur quand la terre tremble, 

quand les montagnes vacillent au cœur des mers,

4quand leurs eaux grondent, 

écument et font trembler les montagnes en se soulevant.

Quel Dieu génial! Peu importe ce que nous traversons personnellement. Peu importe ce qui se passe dans le monde qui nous entoure. Dieu est là. Toujours!

Nous avons tous eu des moments dans notre vie où il semble que les problèmes ne cessent de se multiplier et que les circonstances échappent à notre contrôle. Nous avons tous été au plus profond du désespoir alors que nous pensons qu'il n'y a personne. Personne n'écoute. Personne ne s'y intéresse. Nous sommes tous seuls. Personne ne sait ce que nous traversons. Personne ne connaît le doute qui traverse nos esprits.

Pourtant, ce sont tous des mensonges. Dieu est là! Dieu s'en soucie! Tu n'es pas seul! Si vous êtes dans un mauvais endroit, veuillez contacter quelqu'un. Dieu écoute. Dieu s'en soucie. Psalm 46:1-3

1God is our refuge and strength,

a very present help in trouble.

2Therefore we will not fear though the earth gives way,

though the mountains be moved into the heart of the sea,

3though its waters roar and foam,

though the mountains tremble at its swelling.

What an awesome God!  No matter what we are going through personally.  No matter what is going on in the world around us.  God is there.  Always!  

We have all had times in our lives when it seems that problems keep multiplying and circumstances get way beyond our control.  We have all been to the depths of despair when we think no one is there.  Nobody is listening.  No one cares.  We are all alone.  No one knows what we are going through.  No one knows the doubt that goes through our minds.

Yet those are all lies.  God is there!  God does care!  You are not alone!  If you are in a bad place, please reach out to someone.  God listens.  God cares.  There are great organizations that are there to help you out.  In the United States you can go to the LifeLine web site or call 1-800-273-8255.

1Mungu kwetu sisi ni kimbilio na nguvu,

msaada utakaoonekana tele wakati wa mateso.

2Kwa hiyo hatutaogopa, hata kama dunia ikiondolewa

nayo milima ikiangukia moyoni mwa bahari.

3Hata kama maji yake yatanguruma na kuumuka,

milima nayo ikitetemeka kwa mawimbi yake.

Mungu mwenye kutisha sana! Haijalishi tunapitia kibinafsi. Haijalishi ni nini kinachoendelea katika ulimwengu unaotuzunguka. Mungu yupo. Kila mara!

Sote tumekuwa na nyakati katika maisha yetu wakati inaonekana kwamba shida zinaendelea kuongezeka na hali hupita nje ya uwezo wetu. Sote tumekuwa kwenye kina cha kukata tamaa wakati tunafikiria hakuna mtu huko. Hakuna anayesikiliza. Hakuna anayejali. Sisi sote tuko peke yetu. Hakuna anayejua tunapitia nini. Hakuna anayejua shaka inayopitia akili zetu.

Walakini hayo yote ni uwongo. Mungu yupo! Mungu anajali! Hauko peke yako! Ikiwa uko mahali pabaya, tafadhali wasiliana na mtu. Mungu husikiliza. Mungu anajali.
